Location: One position in West London and one in South London

About the role:
We are looking for two reliable and experienced Mobile Fabric Engineers / Handymen to join our team – one covering West London and one covering South London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with general building maintenance or fabric repair experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service. You will be working across a range of sites carrying out day-to-day repairs, maintenance, and general building fabric duties.

Key responsibilities:

• Carry out general building fabric maintenance including basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and minor repairs

• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and complete planned preventative works

• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and materials in good order

• Communicate effectively with clients and site contacts to ensure a professional service at all times

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a building maintenance or fabric engineer / handyman role

• Good practical skills across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, decorating, and general maintenance

• A full, clean manual UK driving licence – essential

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload
