Job description
Overview

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic tradespeople to join our growing engineering family, working in a challenging and diverse role where no two days are the same. Our skilled engineers provide mobile delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake all building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating to the highest level of service for the client.
  • Follow health and safety requirements and statutory regulations; ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme.
  • Answer queries, report defects and keep the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
  • Maintain driving licence, IT literacy for record keeping, strong customer service skills, and physical ability to perform the full duties.
  • Be highly self-motivated and solutions-focused with the ability to work without supervision, while also enjoying working as part of a team.
Requirements

  • Physically able to carry out the full duties.
  • Background in facilities or mobile maintenance, construction, or similar; qualified to Level 2/3 City and Guilds.
