About The Role

Atlas FM are looking to recruit a mobile cleaner with a strong contract cleaning background. The role covers the Reading, Newbury, High Wycombe & Slough area.

What we are paying: £13.56

The hours you shall be working will be: This position requires a combination of early mornings, late evenings and nights. The successful candidate must be flexible to meet the needs of the business.

What you’ll be doing

• As part of the Atlas Family, you’ll dedicate your time on different sites to meeting the needs of Atlas’ client sites.
• You’ll be inducted at the start of your contract and Atlas will train you within your first week of work. You’ll learn how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
• We will provide you with a company van, fuel card and mobile phone.
• Handling site-based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
• Replenishing consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Emptying litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
• Ensuring cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintaining Health and Safety standards at all times. Atlas will ensure you’re fully prepared with guidance on what to look out for.
• Working within a team that goes the extra mile.

• An attitude to thrive and cleaning experience (training available if you match our positive approach).
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic level of spoken English for safety communication and interaction with the public.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• Right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
• The successful candidate will require a DBS check.
