A healthcare provider is seeking a part-time Receptionist for the Minor Injuries Unit at the Princess of Wales Community Hospital in Bromsgrove. This role requires providing a professional reception service to patients, booking appointments, and performing clerical duties. Being responsible for providing an effective service for all visitors presenting in the Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) at Princess of Wales Community Hospital. You will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will be responsible for providing a professional, efficient, and courteous reception service, both in person and over the phone, while always ensuring patient confidentiality.
The successful candidate must be flexible, forward thinking and proactive and require a commitment to ensure we provide a high-quality service to our patients. This is a challenging role which requires excellent communication and empathy skills.
To contribute to the delivery of a high quality MIU across the Trust and Community.
The position is a 16-hour post to cover evenings / weekends and occasional day time cover.
