A specialist engineering firm in Wednesbury is looking for an experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator to join their team. The role involves the fabrication of bespoke tarmac containers, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety guidelines. Competitive pay includes an hourly rate and performance bonuses, with working hours from Monday to Friday.

• Mon-Thurs : 07 : 00 - 16 : 00
• Fri : 07 : 00 - 13 : 00

Pay & Benefits

• £13.00 per hour base rate
• £1.00 p / h Attendance Bonus (awarded for completing 40 hours per week)
• £1.00 p / h Production Bonus (based on meeting daily productivity targets)
