Pertemps are currently looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established engineering and fabrication business based in Wednesbury. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a skilled team within a modern, fast‑paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high‑quality MIG welding and fabrication on mild steel and other materials.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings accurately to ensure precise fabrication.
  • Work to tight quality and safety standards across all welded components.
  • Carry out fabrication tasks including cutting, prep, and assembling components.
  • Collaborate effectively within a production team to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Ideal Candidate (Qualifications)
  • Proven experience in MIG welding and fabrication, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering setting.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
  • Good understanding of health and safety procedures in the workplace.
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
What’s on Offer
