This role offers flexibility with remote working, occasional travel to our global sites, and infrequent visits to our Pembridge HQ. A valid driving licence is essential.,

• Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to fit real business needs.
• Drive exciting projects including upgrades, integrations, and migrations.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to shape solutions.
• Translate business requirements into smart system enhancements.
• Collaborate with developers and vendors to deliver technical solutions.
• Share expert advice on CRM capabilities and best practices.
• Automate processes and reduce manual work through clever CRM integrations.
• Deliver training and create user-friendly guides to boost adoption.
