MICE & Luxury Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a MICE & Luxury Tours Specialist. This role involves curating exceptional travel experiences for corporate clients and luxury travellers coming to the UK from an international client base. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and strong knowledge of the UK as a destination with experience of working within the 4 + 5 star hotel market ensuring that every journey is tailored to meet the unique needs of our clientele.

Duties of our MICE & Luxury Specialist

• Develop and manage MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) itineraries that cater to corporate clients coming to the UK.
• Create bespoke luxury travel packages that provide memorable experiences for high-end customers.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, ensuring all details are meticulously organised.
• Conduct data entry tasks related to bookings and client information management.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance the overall travel experience for clients.
• Analyse client feedback and travel trends to improve service offerings continuously.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling inquiries and bookings.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best arrangements for clients.

Experience

• Previous experience in the travel industry or a related field is highly desirable.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, Portuguese or French, are advantageous for communicating with diverse clientele.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and preferences effectively.
