Overview

We're looking for skilled and motivated clinicians (Nurse/OT/Social Worker) to join our new Mental Health Crisis Assessment Service (MHCAS) at Lakeside. As a Band 6 MHCAS Clinician, you'll play a key role in delivering rapid assessments, crisis interventions, and risk management for people in mental health crisis.

Responsibilities
  • Make autonomous decisions on admission and discharge.
  • Coordinate shifts and support junior staff to ensure safe, compassionate, and patient-centred care.
  • Deliver rapid assessments, crisis interventions, and risk management for people in mental health crisis.
Qualifications and Experience
