Job description

Overview

Experienced metal fabricator capable of performing all forms of welding on all forms of material. The job entails building product from prints provided while meeting company standards. Must be able to cut, weld, and finish material. Good communication skills and able to work as a team to meet deadlines and maintain company quality standards. Pay is based on skills/capability/performance.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret provided prints and build to specifications.
• Perform welding in all forms (TIG/MIG/Stick) on aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel.
• Cut, weld, and finish material to required tolerances.
• Grind and finish metal; ensure workmanship meets quality standards.
• Coordinate with team to complete work within timeframes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in welding: TIG, MIG, Stick on aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel.
• Ability to read prints and translate into built components.
• Basic math and understanding of angular adjustments.
• Experience with mild metal forming.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.

Additional skills

• Certified in structural welding (optional but a plus).
