You will support the finance team with processing transactions relating to precious metals, ensuring accurate balances. The role offers a starting salary of £28,000, increasing to £30,000 after probation, with benefits including hybrid working, generous leave, and pension contributions matched up to 8%.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Metal Control Finance Assistant to support the Metal Control team, with the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions relating to precious metals. You will ensure that our finance systems reflect the physical and paper metal balances, preparing reports, maintaining and updating spreadsheets and inventory management.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven experience in reconciliation/bank systems and processes and in bookkeeping and a thorough understanding of accounting processes, ledgers and banking systems, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. You should have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
