A major financial services company in Camden Town is seeking a Merchant Shopping Portal Senior Manager to lead the launch and management of a new shopping portal. This role involves driving revenue through affiliate marketing and enhancing customer experiences. Candidates should have a strong background in ecommerce, a proven ability to manage digital propositions, and a strong understanding of customer behavior. Join us in shaping the financial services of the future.
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of your time, at either our Leeds or London hubs. We're on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we shape finance for good. We're focusing on the future—investing in our technologies, workplaces, and colleagues to make our Group a great place for everyone, including you! If this role were a product, it would be a best-seller. We're on the hunt for a Merchant Shopping Portal Senior Manager to lead the go-to-market of a shopping portal to support our Embedded Finance plans. This isn't about building another affiliate site—it7s about crafting something uniquely Lloyds, blending insight, customer experience, and commercial nous to help people find what they want, at the right price, and make it worth their while. We're not looking for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. We want a builder, a scaler, a merchant whisperer, and a customer champion. Someone who knows how to make shopping portals sing, drive revenue through affiliate links and ad space, and create experiences that customers come back to again and again. If you've ever said "I want to build something that matters" and meant it—this might be for you.
Want to hear more? You'll lead the development and launch of the Embedded Finance shopping portal proposition which offers a rewarding shopping experience for customers.
