Job description

MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400+ strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.

Our global HQ is in London, UK, with premises in Dagenham, and in the US, we have locations in Boston, MA, East Providence, RI, and Denver, CO.

We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help.

The M&O team is seeking a commercially focused Optimisation & Merchandising Assistant for an 8-month contract to support exciting projects in 2025. The team collaborates with most functions in the business, from launching new products and campaigns to analyzing data to improve customer journeys.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Launching new product ranges on the website
  2. Supporting revenue growth through website trading
  3. Enhancing the site to ensure a seamless customer experience by improving functionality & brand narrative
  4. Maintaining the website

Your role will be to ensure the websites meet customer expectations by implementing and building out product, service, or campaign journeys, and collaborating with digital and product marketing teams to review site performance.

We’re looking for someone interested in ecommerce, curious about data, and passionate about delivering exceptional online customer experiences. Whether you have previous experience or are a recent graduate eager to start your career, we’d love to hear from you. You should be comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
