A community-focused organization in Nottingham seeks a Support Worker to join their Care & Support team. This role involves providing face-to-face support to adults living with mental illness, promoting confidence and independent living skills. You’ll join a warm, supportive team who provide accommodation and one‑to‑one recovery‑focused support to adults living with mental illness. You’ll play a key role in helping people regain confidence, develop daily living skills and successfully manage their tenancy, all while being part of a service that values choice, dignity and inclusion.

This is a support role - not personal care.
You’ll provide face‑to‑face support to people living with mental illness, helping them to :
Some individuals may need help to manage challenges such as substance misuse, anti‑social behaviour or offending‑related risks. You’ll respond proactively and work closely with housing, legal and criminal justice partners when needed.
You’ll also keep clear, accurate records - so confidence with IT, numeracy and writing is important.
Our support runs 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You’ll work a range of shifts, typically between 8am–9pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
