Job description
Overview

A vacancy at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This is a part time, permanent Band 6 Practitioner post for the City East LMHT, based at Lavender House. The service works with patients aged 18-65 with a range of mental health diagnoses, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorder, anxiety and depression. You will be community based, seeing patients at the base and in their own homes, working as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast paced environment exploring new and improved ways of working with patients. The team includes Consultants, Pharmacists, Psychologists, CBT therapists, Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners, Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Support Workers, Health Improvement Workers and Peer Support Workers. Band 6, 22.5 hours per week. The service working hours are 09:00-17:00.
