Mental Health Nurse / Social Worker / Occupational Therapist

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Lancaster and Morecambe Community Mental Health Team. The successful candidates will work with service users who have a diagnosis of Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) who are currently on CMHT caseloads. You will deliver Structured Clinical Management (SCM) to a caseload of service users within the community setting. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are available upon discussion with the team.
SCM is recognised as the gold standard of care for people with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD). It is evidenced based and in line with NICE guidelines. SCM has been selected by the trust as the approach to implement within the personality disorder pathway. This is an exciting opportunity for you to develop specific skills in line with evidence based treatment and be involved in providing support for service users to recover, develop autonomy and no longer require secondary mental health services.
