A leading healthcare provider in Scotland is seeking a dedicated mental health worker to enhance their skills and provide specialist care in a collaborative environment. The role involves supporting nursing staff in delivering safe and effective treatment for patients with complex mental health needs. Ideal candidates will have a genuine interest in mental health and the ability to thrive in a busy inpatient setting, requiring flexibility with shift patterns including nights and weekends.

The hours of this post are worked on a continental or 4 / 7 shift pattern including weekends and night duty.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within North East Mental Health In‑patients (Stobhill) to work within our Mental Health Wards.
The wards within Stobhill Mental Health Campus provide specialist care and treatment to some of our more complex patients. This allows for the opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge in this area and access specific training to provide a specialist service. You should have an interest in working with patients with Mental Health conditions.
The post‑holder will support the Registered Nursing Staff to contribute to safe and effective patient care and will be required to work across the mental health inpatient service (i.e. hospital site).
