Qualifications

• Previous experience as an HCA in learning disability and/or mental health settings.
• Knowledge of mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
• Flexibility to work shifts (days/nights/weekends).

Responsibilities

• Delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.
• Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
• Accurate documentation and reporting of care and incidents.
