Job Title: Mental Health CPN (Band 6) – Start ASAP | Dartford

Banding: Band 6

Location: Dartford

Rate:

  • PAYE: £20.17 per hour
  • Umbrella: £23.66 per hour

About the Role: Pulse Nursing are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health CPN (Community Psychiatric Nurse) to work in Dartford starting immediately. You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing comprehensive mental health care and support to individuals within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered mental health care.
  • Carry out mental health assessments, care planning, and reviews.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions and support for service users.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care delivery.
  • Support the recovery process through a range of therapeutic activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration.
  • Band 6 experience in a community setting is preferred.
  • Proven experience in mental health assessments and care coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enhanced DBS check (Pulse can assist if needed).
