Qualifications

• Experience in clinical pharmacy in a mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clinical pharmacy service to mental health inpatient teams.
• Implement and monitor the Trust's clinical pharmacy standards.
• Manage clozapine supply for inpatient and service users.

Education

Vocational Masters Degree in Pharmacy

Working towards higher Degree/Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy
