A luxury private members club in Greater London is seeking a Manager to oversee membership activities and ensure high-quality service. The role involves managing membership processes, enhancing member retention, and driving the event business. The Manager will work closely with the reception team, engage with members daily, and maintain a five-star environment. Candidates should be proactive and capable of handling member queries professionally. This full-time position requires working 5 days from 7 including 3 weekends per month.

This role will be to Manage the membership activities and processes within the club including co-ordination and collection of membership fees, looking at membership retention and marketing as well as new business activities. In this role, you will be able to drive the event business in the club through your relationships with the members. As Manager, you will work closely with the reception team to ensure a first class and warm environment is created at all times. In addition, you will be the focal point of member queries and be able to respond to queries and problems that arise in a mature and calm manner.
In this role, you will be very much 'front of house’ and based on the concierge desk to engage our membership daily
