Member Experience Manager

We’re on the search for a passionate and strongminded Member Experience Manager to join the business.

What you’ll be doing…
  • Providing a key role in owning and conducting the member journey in the club.
  • Focusing on how we retain our members, by giving them the best welcome and start.
  • Taking ownership of feedback, compliments and complaints received in accordance with our complaints policy and escalating when appropriate
  • Demonstrate our Winning Ways through behaviours at work and encourage team members to do the same
  • Your level of service will encourage guests to join our club and you will coach and develop other team members to offer the same.
What are we looking for…?
  • It is essential that you have a passion for fitness and good customer skills.
  • Be a great communicator to ensure the fitness experience is consistent throughout the member journey.
  • Aptitude to meet set targets and deadlines.
  • A team player with a can‑do attitude.
  • It is desired that you have or are working towards a fitness qualification.
