Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in retail/hospitality or customer service.
• Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Comfortable knowledge of MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all visitors warmly and answer inquiries.
• Facilitate member requests such as meeting room reservations.
• Conduct regular building walks to ensure cleanliness.
• Manage troubleshooting tickets for IT and maintenance issues.
