A leading domiciliary care provider in Crawley is seeking a Medication & Compliance Support Officer to provide essential oversight on medication practices and support the management team. This part-time position offers a competitive rate of £15.10 per hour and includes opportunities for career progression and flexible working arrangements. Ideal candidates will possess managerial experience in domiciliary care, hold NVQ level 3 certifications in Health & Social Care and Medication Practice, and be dedicated to enhancing the lives of young adults with neurological disorders.

As Medication & Compliance Support Officer, you will work with the Managing Director to support her vision for the future of the company and the individuals they support, as well as working closely with the Registered Manager and the Quality & Compliance Manager, no two days will be the same and you will gain vast satisfaction from helping to ensure that our clients and staff are safe and happy, their welfare and well-being safeguarded and that their service is effectively managed and delivered.
