Medical Secretary - Kerrier Adult Community Mental Health

We are recruiting for a Medical Secretary to provide medical secretary provision to the Kerrier Adult Community Mental Health Team.

To be part of the Kerrier CMHT wider admin team and to ensure high levels of service are provided at all times, across the Locality, providing service support overall when required.

Main duties of the job
  • To provide a high quality secretarial service to the medical team.
  • To maintain confidentiality at all times and sensitivity when dealing with contentious and complex information.
  • Coordinate and organise action arising from correspondence and ensure prompt and efficient response, as required, by the Doctors. Coordination with other professionals, outside Agencies, legal staff, Trust staff etc.
  • Maintain waiting list to ensure clients are seen within key target times.
