Headland Medical Centre is a small friendly practice. The surgery is a modern, purpose-built two-story building in the Headland area of Hartlepool. We look after over 5500 patients.
The successful applicant will join our friendly and experienced administration and reception team.
The Receptionist/Administrator will provide an efficient service for patients and members of the practice. The post holder will ensure that all patients and visitors are welcomed to the practice in a friendly, compassionate and professional manner whilst adhering to the practice data and confidentiality policy. The Receptionist/Administrator will provide a comprehensive clerical support service to the administration and clinical teams in delivering high quality patient care and making a positive difference to the patient experience.
