Medical Insurance Broker–Spider is advertising for aMedical Insurance Brokerposition on behalf of our client to join their team, fully office based in Maidstone, Kent on a full-time basis.

About the role:

As the Medical Insurance Broker, you will be performing a sales-focused role. Predominantly generating new prospects from leads, identifying companies and individuals who already have cover in place and helping them save money or improve on their existing cover. In this role, you will be working Monday–Friday, 9.30am–6pm with no weekend working.

Main Duties and responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through proactive outbound cold calling
  • Engage with incoming leads to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Conduct a detailed fact-finding process to fully understand clients' needs
  • Recommend the best private medical insurance policies from leading providers
  • Build trust and rapport with clients to effectively close sales
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through persistence and strategic selling
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about medical insurance products and industry trends
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction

As a Medical Insurance Broker, you will be a high-performing sales individual ready to take their career to the next level.
