A national health service provider in Rotherham is seeking a Medical & Dental HR Advisor to support the HR Manager. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of UK employment law and experience in providing HR advice. This full-time role involves handling HR queries and building relationships across departments. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a small, specialised team, forming part of the wider Medical & Dental Workforce team which comprises of several functions. As a Medical & Dental HR Advisor you will be responsible for supporting the Medical & Dental HR Manager in provision of a comprehensive service to all Medical & Dental staff.
This role is full time, Monday - Friday.
The post will offer an opportunity to expand on previous HR experience/knowledge by being the first point of contact for all Medical & Dental HR related queries. The role includes, but is not limited to, provision of advice and guidance relating to contractual issues, terms and conditions, employment law, and workforce planning. The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and will be able to liaise with staff at all levels using a compassionate and diplomatic approach.
