Job summary

A leading media organization in Greater London seeks a Rights & Contracts Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Rights and Contracts team. Responsibilities include managing document flow, liaising with guilds, and supporting rights acquisition processes. Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience within a media legal or contract management environment.
  • Knowledge of film rights contract terminology.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills for managing large data.
  • Ability to enter data accurately.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake general administrative duties including drafting documents and coordinating calendars.
  • Support rights acquisition process by keeping accurate records.
  • Record rights information in the distribution database.
  • Liaise with media guilds, unions, and rights societies.
