Overview

As Mechanical Project Manager, you'll lead a newly secured £7M hotel development in Hackney, managing the full mechanical package from early stages through to completion. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, ductwork, pipework, and controls. The role will be fully site-based, with full responsibility for subcontractor management, client liaison, and project delivery.

We’re looking for someone confident across all stages, ideally with experience in hotel or student accommodation projects, who can work independently, make decisions on the ground, and represent the company professionally. You’ll be joining a business that values initiative, quality, and long-term relationships.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience delivering full mechanical packages (pipework, ductwork, HVAC, heating, controls)

• Based in London or the Southeast
• Ideally a background in hotels or student accommodation (other sectors considered)
