• Proven Project Management experience delivering large-scale mechanical packages (£10M+).
• Strong technical knowledge across building services, ideally with Defence or high-security project experience.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, able to lead meetings and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the mechanical package on a £20M M&E project.
• Manage delivery to programme, budget and specification.
• Ensure adequate materials, construction and commissioning programmes are in place.
