Job summary

A leading engineering recruitment agency presents an opportunity for a Mechanical Technician/Engineer based in Manchester. The role is initially offered for 3 months with potential for extension. Candidates should possess mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC qualifications and excel in customer service. • Experience with maintenance on AHUs, heat pumps, and other mechanical systems.

Job description

I am pleased to present an opportunity for a Mechanical Technician/Engineer based in Manchester with an immediate start.

Initially offered on an interim basis for 3 months, this position holds the potential for extension and possible temp to perm.

The rate will be between £22.50 - 25 an hour via umbrella/CIS.

Essential Requirements:

• Mechanical, Plumbing or HVAC qualifications, ideally a full apprenticeship or level 3
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate with people from all levels
• Following planned maintenance schedules set by the supervisor
• Conducting maintenance on AHU's, Heat pumps and other mechanical systems
