Qualifications

• 3+ years estimating experience in mechanical or HVAC building services.
• Strong knowledge of retrofit, replacement, and design-and-build projects.
• Understanding of HVAC systems: chillers, boilers, heat pumps, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the delivery of turnkey retrofit and design-and-build solutions.
• Support project delivery of chiller and boiler plant replacements.
• Assist in VRF/VRV installations and heat pump conversions.

Skills

Estimating experience in mechanical or HVAC services

Knowledge of retrofit and design-and-build projects

Understanding of HVAC systems

Competent with Microsoft Excel
