Qualifications

• Proven experience in mechanical engineering.
• Experience with LTHW, HVAC systems, and AHUs.
• Participating in out-of-hours call-out rota.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and effective operation of M&E services.
• Perform inspections, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Respond to reactive and emergency breakdowns.
• Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance activities.
