Overview

We are working with one of the largest MEP contractors in the UK, who are seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager to join their delivery team on a marquee commercial CAT A & B scheme in London. This role will see you working as part of an established project team, alongside a Project Engineer, Project Manager, and CAD team, on a £50 million MEP package. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience of delivering similar high-value schemes, with the ability to lead and drive mechanical works on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of mechanical installations across the project
  • Oversee and lead mechanical subcontractors, ensuring quality, programme, and H&S standards are maintained
  • Prepare, review, and manage RFIs and technical submittals
  • Provide hands-on support and resolve technical issues as they arise
  • Work closely with the wider project team to ensure smooth coordination and successful completion
