Overview

Prospero Teaching is working closely with a well-regarded secondary school in the Hounslow area of London, currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.

Role Details

• Position: Maths Teacher
• Location: Hounslow, London
• Start Date: September
• Contract Type: Temporary / Temp-to-Permanent
• Working Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Pay: From GBP150 per day (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across KS3 to KS5
• Plan and assess learning to ensure students make excellent progress
• Create a safe and engaging classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with other staff members and contribute to department planning

Essential Requirements

• GCSE Maths teaching experience (KS3/KS4)
• A-Level Maths teaching experience (KS5) is essential
• Right to work in the UK
• An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

Qualifications & Training (Desirable)

• QTS or equivalent (PGCE, SCITT, Teach First)
• Recent safeguarding training (can be provided)
