The Role

We are recruiting for a Maths & English Tutor to deliver engaging and effective Functional Skills and GCSE Maths & English lessons. This role involves supporting learners to achieve their full potential in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. Duties

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to learners’ needs.
• Assess progress and provide personalised feedback to support achievement.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support learners with additional needs and barriers to learning.
• Track learner progress and implement interventions when needed.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching practices.
• Adhere to safeguarding, equality, and health and safety policies.

Required Skills

• Teaching qualifications and experience in Functional Skills and GCSE Maths & English.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners, including those who are disengaged.
