Job description

We are seeking an experienced Materials Manager to lead plant-level materials, warehouse, and supply chain operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and on‑time delivery while balancing cost, cash, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead plant materials operations including inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse management, and NPI supply chain activities
  • Provide leadership to demand and supply planning.
  • Drive adherence to global supply chain processes (SIOP, PIPO, NPI) and operational excellence standards.
  • Ensure on‑time delivery performance and achievement of key Supply Chain and Warehouse KPIs.
  • Act as Supply Chain representative in plant meetings, driving MOS actions and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Production, Quality, Finance and Planning teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Lead, develop and retain a high‑performing plant materials team.
The Successful Candidate
  • Experienced in materials, supply chain or warehouse management, gained in manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, WMS) and advanced MS Office.
