During your first 12 months of employment, you will be trained to IMI Level 3 in Electric Vehicle Maintenance and repair to ensure your skills remain relevant throughout your career with us.

For your first 2 days in the business, you’ll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy in a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
