Marketing Specialist - Training & Education

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our client's team in London, supporting the growth of their training programmes. This role offers the opportunity to take real ownership of marketing activity - developing and delivering innovative campaigns that attract learners, strengthen brand presence, and increase enrolments across international markets.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in shaping and executing strategic campaigns. Using your expertise across multiple digital and offline channels, you\'ll create impactful marketing initiatives, optimise customer journeys, and use data-driven insights to deliver measurable results.

  • Salary: £52,000-£57,000
  • Hybrid: 3 days office (Central London), 2 days work from home
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement marketing strategies to drive enrolments for public training courses.
  • Develop high-quality content and thought leadership to engage target audiences and build brand credibility.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, and paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google and LinkedIn, including agency management.
  • Use analytics and CRO techniques to inform decision-making, track performance, and improve conversion rates.
  • Deliver clear reporting and campaign insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the learner experience and stay ahead of digital marketing trends, including the use of AI.
Candidate\'s profile
  • Strong background in digital and data-driven marketing, ideally within professional education, training, or financial services.
  • Experience in D2C, B2B2C, or B2C marketing, particularly lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Proven success in multi-channel marketing strategies, including social media, email, and search.
  • Ability to develop engaging content and compelling narratives aligned with brand positioning. Confident in analysing campaign data and translating insights into actionable improvements (Adobe Analytics or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and CMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinker with commercial awareness and an understanding of customer behaviour.
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Basic design skills (e.g., Adobe InDesign) for producing marketing assets.
