Marketing & Sales Manager – 12 month FTC

£40,000 – £43,500 FTE (pro rata / 4 day week)

Pitch is delighted to partner with a highly ambitious, forward-thinking consultancy as they seek a talented Marketing & Sales Manager to cover a period of maternity leave.

This organisation collaborates with a wide range of well-known consumer brands across multiple sectors, delivering insight-driven research that helps businesses truly understand their customers. Their powerful data and clear, actionable reporting enables clients to make informed decisions and achieve meaningful commercial outcomes.

Operating fully remotely, the team connects virtually day-to-day and meets quarterly in person. The business has experienced exceptional growth—doubling in size over the past three years—and now works with an impressive roster of global brands on innovative, thought-provoking projects. What will you be doing as the Marketing & Sales Manager?
  • Partnering with your line manager to deliver a high-impact marketing strategy focused on outbound activity, driving inbound leads, and strengthening brand awareness.
  • Identifying and researching new prospects, developing tailored outreach and nurturing campaigns to engage them effectively.
  • Planning and delivering creative, results-driven marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid media, events, the website, and thought-leadership content.
  • Writing engaging, high-quality content for various marketing channels.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, analysing data, and using insights to guide future activity.
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has proven experience in B2B marketing with a focus on lead generation, business development, brand engagement, and driving sales.
  • Enjoys hands-on delivery of multi-channel sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Is a strong copywriter capable of producing compelling short-form and long-form content.

Please note: This is a part-time position (4 days per week). Salary of £40–43.5k is FTE; pro rata salary is £32–35k. Whilst the role is remote it does requite regular meet ups in person and so the person we recruit must be based in the UK and be able to travel easily.
