Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and therefore boost sales for both BAF Motorsport and BAF Performance. You are going to be a key member of our team to take us from A to Z (not B ;) )

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, creating and scheduling posts daily.
• Coordinate promotional events and product launches.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with sponsors and partners.
• Create and distribute press releases, promotional materials, and digital content.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Manage the marketing budget and track ROI.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Working closely alongside the director and manager

Requirements:

• Must be able to use a camera and videography to a high standard along with editing tools to create inspiring reels.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the motorsport or automotive industry.
• MUST be proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online marketing best practices.
• Ability to create engaging content and manage social media platforms.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to build and edit websites (preferably Shopify)
• Must be able to work well in a team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required if experience is relevant) or equivalent
• 3+ years of proven experience in a marketing role, ideally in the automotive or motorsport sectors.
