Strategy and planning
- Develop and lead the Stoneworld marketing strategy
- Create and implement marketing planning, ensuring targets are met
- Build on the existing online presence and tech stack
- Produce and utilise effective data and insights to lead marketing and business decisions.
Performance and Optimisation
- Ensure departmental KPIs are met
- Utilise data to track and report on behaviours and campaign performance
- Be responsible for the performance of the marketing department, developing and refining the strategy.
Collaboration and Leadership
- Utilise the CRM and other data sources to inform on marketing performance and collaborate with sales to ensure conversions
- Collaborate closely with sales teams, production teams as well as leadership to inform on activities and coordinate.
- Create concise and informative reports using data and insights.
Content and Campaign Execution
- Create compelling campaigns to promote the brand and generate quality leads for the sales department.
- Develop and manage content plans and calendars with marketing executives to ensure consistent and high quality content.
- Ensure quality and availability of marketing media and content for internal and external sales teams to utilise.
- This is an on site role at our Great Milton (Oxfordshire) office.

- Strong commercial acumen and understanding

- Strong analytical skills and experience utilising marketing data to drive sales
- Strong communication skills and experience communicating complex marketing data to a variety of stakeholders
- Understanding of continuous improvement
- Marketing degree or equivalent experience Proficient in design tools such as Canva and Adobe suite
