Are you ready to play a key role in an organisation driving change and delivering Luton’s bold 2040 vision? Luton Rising – the Luton Council-owned company that owns London Luton Airport – is seeking a talented and forward-thinking Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how we communicate, engage, and deliver value to our stakeholders and communities.

In this exciting role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing. You’ll help boost our brand presence, connect with our communities, and ensure our business interests are always strategically supported.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who wants to combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, while making a real difference to local communities.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with Luton Rising’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and deliver a data-driven marketing and partnership strategy, working closely with key stakeholders to increase awareness and patronage of the Luton DART.
  • Line-manage and support team members, encouraging innovation and best practice.
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, using insights to inform future strategy.
  • You will also be part of events, sometimes lifting gear or attending evening/weekend activation days, to help bring the brand to life.

About You

What We are Looking For
  • Proven experience in communications or marketing management role, ideally within a complex stakeholder environment.
  • Strong skills in compelling visual and written content, campaign scheduling, and brand consistency.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and reporting abilities—comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently across competing priorities.
  • In depth experience managing budgets and delivering measurable results.
