Job Description

  • Develop and implement the marketing calendar to elevate the brand in the UK market
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to help shape strategic direction
  • Collaborate with senior management to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Maintain and enhance the brand's voice and messaging across all marketing materials
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all offline and online channels
  • Set the objectives, metrics and advise on budget spend
  • Support on Trade Events and Membership Programme
  • Identify and negotiate partnerships with relevant influencers, designers, and third party platforms
  • Oversee the media relationships and secure press coverage for key campaigns
  • Manage a team of X2 Direct Reports (Campaign Manager & Trade Marketing Specialist)

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in marketing, with at least 5+ years in a similar role
  • Currently working for a PREMIUM brand across consumer goods, interiors, architecture, design, or retail
  • Demonstrable experience in Print, Partnerships, PR, Membership Programmes and Events
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage audiences
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience working with influencers or managing PR campaigns is a plus
  • A passion for interiors and home design is highly desirable
  • Understanding of the luxury market (desirable)
