Marketing Manager

Our client, Dishu Private Ltd T/A Oldland convenience store, is a well-established retail business, offering a diverse range of products and services like groceries, confectionery, pet foods, cleaning products, chilled and frozen items, as well as tobacco and alcoholic beverages, and parcel services.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies to promote products, services, and the brand.
  • Plan and manage promotional campaigns, including product offers, discounts, seasonal events, and new launches.
  • Monitor marketing budgets, targets, and timelines, and review performance against objectives.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, sales trends, and footfall to support business growth.
  • Manage local and digital marketing activities, including community promotions and preparation for online selling.
  • Oversee customer communications and feedback to improve engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure in-store branding, signage, and promotional displays are kept up to date.
  • Support the promotion and communication of Post Office services when required.
Salary Range

GBP £35000 to £51000 depending upon experience

177A High St, Oldland Common, Bristol, BS30 9QG.

Job Type

Full time, permanent. 37.5 hours per week.
