Remuneration: up to £35,000 + annual bonus (based on KPIs & revenue growth)

Opportunity

Marketing & Telesales Executive – Waste & Recycling Equipment

As Marketing and Telesales Executive, you will design, deliver, and optimise high-impact marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels — while also engaging directly with customers to turn opportunities into orders. You’ll mine their CRM for insights, develop targeted campaigns, and work closely with the sales team to ensure that their brand message is clear, compelling, and commercially effective.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Manage the digital marketing calendar, creating engaging content for social media, email, websites, and landing pages.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, with recommendations for improved ROI.
  • Follow up quotations and warm leads, converting opportunities into confirmed orders.
  • Conduct outbound calls to cleanse data, re-engage lapsed clients, and generate new leads.
  • Maintain and optimise the CRM database, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • To support and align with the Head of Sales and Service (who is responsible for Sales, after-sales, service and marketing) and the wider sales team with the alignment targeted campaigns, marketing assets, toolkits, and collateral.
  • Research and report on competitor activity, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with brand partners to deliver both digital and physical marketing materials.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in both B2B marketing (digital & offline) and telesales (circa 3+ years)
  • Ideally within an industrial or technical sector such as waste, material handling, recycling, industrial equipment, machinery, capital equipment, plant hire, construction or tools
  • Strong commercial awareness and an ability to translate marketing activity into measurable sales growth.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident, engaging telephone manner.
  • Creative flair with excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation abilities.
  • CRM expertise, with the ability to analyse customer data and create targeted campaigns.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
