Broughton Sanctuary is one of the UK's leading retreat and regeneration centres, nestled in 3,000 acres of stunning Yorkshire countryside. As our Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and delivering engaging marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. You’ll work alongside a friendly and passionate team, helping to build brand awareness, attract new guests, and enhance the overall guest experience through creative and strategic marketing initiatives.

We are seeking someone to lead and execute outbound marketing strategies focused on reaching our ideal retreat and holiday home client avatars. You will be responsible for managing and optimising lead generation and nurturing campaigns, as well as working closely with our in-house creative team to ensure smooth and timely content delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Prospect Data– Grow our retreat and holiday home prospect databaseusing outreach prospecting tools and software.
  • Content Development– Write compelling lead-generation landing pages, case studies, and e-guides to attract, educate, and engage new prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Email Campaigns– Write and manage inspiring, conversion-driven weekly email newsletters that spotlight upcoming retreats, wellbeing oVerings, and our collection of holiday homes.
  • Creative Team Coordination– Act as the link between marketing and the creative team, managing schedules, briefing content, and ensuring timely delivery of creative assets.
  • Influencer Engagement– Cultivate relationships with key influencers and retreat partners across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Event Marketing– Support the promotion of events and retreats through engaging marketing collateral, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Holiday Cottage Content– Keep holiday cottage online content up to date across current and new partner profiles.
  • Collaborative Content Creation– Work with the commercial and creative teams to write and curate promotional collateral.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting– Monitor marketing performance, analyse key metrics, and share insights to continuously improve campaign impact.

Working Hours

  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week
  • Saturday rota included, with a day in lieu

  • Marketing degree or 2+ years of experience in a related industry role
  • Proven experience in digital outreach, lead generation, or email marketing
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer personas and customer journey stages
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Monday.com, Pipedrive)
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Experience in briefing and coordinating creative teams or freelancers
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimise accordingly
  • Self-motivated, highly organised, and results-focused
  • Experience in hospitality, wellbeing, or lifestyle marketing is desirable
