Job description

This is a varied role for someone looking for something new. You’re not just a do-er, you’re a thinker. You can take a brief and turn it into something that drives results and stands out from the crowd. You’re imaginative, collaborative, and open to feedback but confident enough to take initiative and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
  • Marketing strategy support: Assisting the Marketing Manager in delivering the annual marketing plan.
  • Campaign delivery: Plan and execute social, email and web campaigns with measurable impact.
  • Creative input: Bring fresh ideas to the table and help shape our marketing strategy.
  • Growth, analysis and reporting: You’ll oversee the growth, analytics and reporting of our owned channels, working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and deliver the content pipeline.
  • Content creation: Produce high‑quality content for social media, email marketing, blogs, news updates, and PR.
  • Event coordination: Support the planning and execution of events throughout the year, including partner events and Quantum‑hosted events (travel and overnight stays may be required).
  • Brand champion: Ensure consistent branding across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Merchandise management: Coordinate ordering and distribution of branded materials.
  • Ownership and independence: You’ll lead campaigns and work autonomously. You’ll be a quick learner and be able to adapt to priorities.
  • On trend: A lot of what we do is reactive and you’ll need to keep an eye out for trends and time‑sensitive updates to the market.

Essential
  • Experience working in a marketing or creative team.
  • Experience in using digital platforms such as Canva, Monday.com, MailerLite, WordPress, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised and disciplined who understands the importance of deadlines.
  • Sense of urgency and a can‑do work ethic.
  • An innate enthusiasm for learning and taking on new challenges.

  • Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry.
  • Experience in financial promotions and the compliance process.
