Overview

Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for a Marketing Director on behalf of a fast-scaling technology company.

This is a newly created role that will sit on the Senior Leadership Team and will lead the global marketing strategy across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and the USA. This role is pivotal in positioning the company as the global leader in their market, while driving demand generation and delivering enterprise opportunities that empower their channel partners.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Marketing Director will define the global marketing framework, build and mentor a small in-house team (UK and U.S.), and manage agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns. With a recent launch in U.S the successful candidate will use existing experience of successful marketing campaigns and strategies in the U.S market, coupled with a strong network they can tap into.

Key Responsibilities
Global Marketing Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and execute the company’s global marketing strategy across the UK, Ireland, EU, and in particular, USA.
  • Lead and mentor the UK Marketing Manager, while recruiting a U.S. Marketing Manager to drive local execution.
  • Build scalable processes and playbooks that enable repeatable, measurable success.
Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership
  • Establish the company as a thought leader in Risk Intelligence & InsurTech by securing speaking opportunities at 3+ major U.S. conferences
  • Deliver consistent content, PR, and analyst engagement to strengthen credibility in fleet, insurance, and telematics markets.
  • Grow brand recognition across digital channels, industry media, and trade associations.
Demand Generation & Pipeline Contribution
  • Deliver a minimum of 200 qualified enterprise opportunities (fleets of 300+ vehicles) within 12 months.
  • Achieve $10m+ in marketing-influenced pipeline attribution.
  • Design and launch 5 strategic co-marketing campaigns with top channel partners, focused on insurance-driven fleets.
  • Manage paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic) with clear ROI measurement.
Marketing Infrastructure & Partner Enablement
  • Implement a scalable marketing framework within Salesforce Pardot (automation, attribution, analytics).
  • Create a repeatable channel partner marketing playbook to drive co-branded campaigns and deepen partner engagement.
  • Manage a defined marketing budget and ensure clear ROI for U.S. events, digital activity, and PR.
Job Specification
Essential Experience
  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with strong U.S. market exposure.
  • Proven track record of scaling marketing functions globally in growth-stage businesses.
  • Deep expertise in brand positioning, demand generation, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Pardot (or equivalent automation platforms) and marketing attribution.
  • Experience in channel marketing models and co-branded partner campaigns.
  • Skilled in managing budgets, agencies, and multi-region programmes.
  • Leadership experience managing distributed teams across regions.
